Ready for today’s practice. HURDLES!

OK I’M BACK

Seriously, though. This stupid plateau has been going on for too long now. KICKING MY ASS BACK INTO SHAPE NOW, YES? Happy times. :D

So I have this problem.

I REALLY want to do Insanity. The thing is, the only time I can is really early or really late. I use nights to study, so I would prefer to work out in the morning.

BUT. Insanity’s noisy. I wake my parents up if I’m jumping around the living room like a crazy person.

So, what to do? :c

October goals

First time doing this. I think it’s a good idea.

 • No candy, sweet or other junk until October 31st.
 • Biking to school more often, at least twice a week. (It’s only 7 km, I can do this)
 • Clean eating.
 • No cheese. :C :C
 • Decrease eating after dinner.
 • Improve my flexibility, stretch at least once a day.
 • Do 30 push-ups.
 • Evening jogs.
 • Work out at least 8 times a week.
 • Log food.
 • Loose some weight. For serious. The scale hasn’t moved for a year, I’m tired of this.
 • Drink tea.
 • Do yoga.
 • Be happy.

As for the non-fitness related goals:
STUDY MY ASS OFF.
Yep.
Love you guys. <3

To make hummus at 6:30: Not a good idea.
Probably won’t be hungry until 9. c:
It was delicious, though. First time making hummus. Why haven’t I done this before?

Ugh, I gained.

Great. Finally when I was seeing some progress, I decide to go and eat chocolate and shitloads of bread and gain it back. I am an idiot.

But, since half marathon is done, I’ll be going back to training like a maniac. Can’t wait! I’m going to lose six pounds by the end of September. I know I can do it.

</super annoying weight loss rant>

HELL YES I DID IT!

Three days ago I was nearly dead from sickness (not really), today I ran my first half marathon.

Time: 1:57:30.

I’m amazed and so proud of myself and this is the best birthday ever.

Oh yes, I ran 21.1 km ON MY BIRTHDAY.

Thanks, Fitblr, I could not have done this without you, inspiring me along the way. <3

Posted this when these babies were all new and shiny. Now, a month and a half later, these babies probably have more miles run on them than my old ones, and they have MANY.
Thanks, shoes, for treating my feet nicely, even though they hurt like hell.
<3

Great. Just fantastic.

So, I’ve been training like a maniac for my half marathon the past four months, and what do I get? A fever three days before I’m supposed to run. Also, can barely stand due to dizziness. Also, can’t chew food because it hurts my jaws and if I don’t chew well enough it hurts my throat. WHY, BODY.

Any of you got any tips to treat this faster?

Omg you guys.

I hit a 100 followers.
I know, not huge or significant or anything, but still.

Thank you! <3

Day two of getting my diet back in line.

So tired of all the “Hm, cookies sound good right now” or “I’m really craving some chocolate.” Even though I only bake using spelt flour and no sugar, it still counts.
Day 1 went great, so I’m really motivated to get back into healthy eating habits. My food calendar is ready I’m excited.
HALF MARATHON IS ONLY FOUR DAYS AWAY WHAAAT. I’m kinda both scared and excited at the same time. I know I can do this, but I’m still nervous. It’ll be good to finish this.

Just got home from a hike

I went with my dad and his walking group thing. We went to a place called Hornstrandir (Icelandic wilderness ftw) and walked there. In total I think it was about 60 kilometres, every day was over 7 hours of walking.
It felt amazing to be there. This is one of the most solitary places you can find, I literally saw three houses in 4 days.
Worst part was that it was WINDY the first two days, so that kinda sucked. Third day was amazing, sunny and warm, and rainy the fourth, but no wind.

All in all, it was amazing. I recommend hiking to anyone. c:

I just signed up for my first ever half marathon.

I am so excited.
And so nervous.
It’s in 19 days.
I’m going to die.
No I’m not.

I’m going to kill this.
