Breakfast Idea! Bell Pepper ‘Egg In A Hole’
These are awesome and crazy fast to make. Put the pepper on medium heat, flipping once, for 3-5 minutes, before adding your eggs.
These make a great post workout snack too! :) Lots of protein
Sprinkle a little curry powder on the top as well as pepper, mmm mmm.
