autumnsappetite: One’s size does not simply limit them from doing things. Most of the time it’s mind over matter, and I definitely believe that. I’m a huge fan of yoga, and I don’t let my size stop me. Granted I’m about 50 pounds smaller than when I first started doing it. And I started running when I was 244 pounds. So, there are no excuses! Get your butt out there and get it done. This is my journey, and I’m proud of who I’m becoming. Dude. Wow. I am so proud of you. You’re absolutely right. Keep on going and stay strong. <3
